Refund & Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds for the sign-up fee will be granted solely under the condition that the agent/broker experiences at least seven (7) or more reported instances of any of the following circumstances:
- Lead Delivery Failure – If Reffsquare fails to furnish any leads within 180 days of the effective date of the Referral Agreement.
- Non-Exclusive Lead Allocation – Should a lead provided to the agent/broker lack primary exclusivity, having been concurrently distributed to other agents/brokers within Reffsquare’s network.
- Lead Non-Responsiveness – If the lead(s) supplied by Reffsquare demonstrate a persistent unwillingness to engage in business discussions or transactions for a duration of nine (9) months following their assignment.
- Pre-Existing Contractual Obligation – In cases where a furnished lead is already under a binding contract with the agent/broker at the time of assignment.
- Acceptance of Leads Outside Designated Areas – Should the agent/broker voluntarily agree to receive leads from zip codes or regions outside their specified preferred location, such leads shall be counted toward their monthly allocation and shall not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If the client receives the agreed-upon number of verified leads but fails to convert them into sales.
- If the client is dissatisfied with the lead quality, provided the leads have been verified as interested buyers or sellers.
- If the client fails to follow up on leads or does not utilize them effectively.
- If the client cancels the service after leads have been delivered.
- If Reffsquare determines that the client has violated the Terms of Service or Fair Usage Policy.
Refund Process
Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request to support@reffsquare.com as soon as they meet the eligibility criteria.
The refund request must include:
Purchase details (invoice or receipt).
Reason for the refund request, supported by evidence (e.g., proof of undelivered leads).
Reffsquare will review the request within 10 business days and notify the client of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed after 180 days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service at any time by contacting support@reffsquare.com.
If cancellation occurs before any leads have been delivered, the client may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions stated above.
If cancellation occurs after lead delivery has commenced, the client will not be eligible for a refund.
Reffsquare reserves the right to cancel services for clients who violate the Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting Reffsquare’s support team to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and termination of services.
If a chargeback is filed after receiving valid leads, Reffsquare reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover losses.Please ensure compliance with these policies to maintain a smooth business relationship.
